Tune into what you need to rebalance your life
Holistic lifestyle coaching for professional women balancing life, work and everything in between
Life can feel like a constant juggling act, especially when you feel the pressure to do it all. My personalised, evidence-based lifestyle coaching supports you to reconnect with what matters and restore your energy, calm and sense of control.
Hello I’m Becky Dean…
I’m a registered occupational therapist with over 25 years of NHS experience, offering personalised, holistic health and lifestyle coaching for busy professional women.
My distinctive approach blends occupational therapy, lifestyle medicine, health coaching, neuroscience and mind-body techniques - helping you feel clearer, calmer and more in control. I am one of only a handful of occupational therapists in the UK, who have this unique combination of training.
Many women underestimate how daily lifestyle choices impact their mental health, energy, and resilience. But how you sleep, eat, move, connect, manage stress and interact with your environment all play a vital role in your wellbeing.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or stuck - this is for you. It's time to stop just “getting by” and start living in a way that feels sustainable, fulfilling, and manageable.
Ready to feel like yourself again? You don’t have to wait for things to fall apart before seeking support.
Let’s explore what balance could look like for you…
Real stories from women who have rebalanced their lives…
Do you feel like you're running on empty?
Life is full and sometimes, that sense of balance begins to slip without us even realising, quietly unravelling in the background. It’s more common than we think, especially in the constant busyness of life.
In a world where everyone, especially women, are trying to do it all and be everything for everyone, we don’t always pay attention to our bodies and what they’re trying to tell us. When we’re constantly responding to everyone else’s needs, it’s easy to lose touch with our own and the balance we need to feel well and whole again.
When balance is lost, our bodies speak up.
We may notice shifts in energy, motivation and mood or find ourselves feeling more anxious, restless, or irritable. Even the clarity to think straight can feel out of reach when we’re juggling so much.
To keep going, we might start leaning on caffeine, sugary snacks, or a glass of wine in the evening. Sleep becomes disturbed, and the small, everyday challenges that once felt manageable start to feel overwhelming, knocking us off course and leaving us stressed, exhausted and stuck.
And still… we keep going.
We push through, try to adapt and keep going... hoping those familiar signs of stress will pass on their own.
But our bodies are sending signals. Whether it’s that racing feeling we can’t quite shake, disrupted sleep or the knot in our stomach, quiet reminders we often ignore, until something gives.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
The truth is...
Deep down, many women know something needs to change. The way they’re living is no longer sustainable.
But with so many competing personal and professional demands, it’s easy to keep pushing through, telling ourselves we “just” need to keep going, because it feels like there’s no other choice.
The truth is, ignoring these signs only leads to further imbalance, making it harder to regain control and feel like ourselves again.
You don’t have to do it alone.
When we pause and gently reconnect with ourselves, checking in with how we feel, what we need and what’s quietly been pushed aside - we can begin to create the space for balance to return, naturally and sustainably.
Together, we’ll create a personalised, evidence-based plan that fits your life. So you can move forward with confidence, even if you’re not sure where to begin, without wasting time on trial and error.
I’m here to help you reconnect with what truly matters, reclaim that sense of control and prioritise your wellbeing, so you can live a balanced, fulfilling life that aligns with your values.

A little about me…
As an occupational therapist clinically trained in both physical and psychological health, I specialise in holistic lifestyle coaching for professional women navigating stress, burnout and life overload.
Throughout my NHS career, I’ve supported individuals with a wide range of complex mental and physical health challenges. This depth of experience allows me to take a truly holistic, whole-person approach - supporting your wellbeing through personalised, evidence-based care.
At the heart of occupational therapy is something I believe in deeply: creating balance in daily life. That means looking beyond symptoms to understand the bigger picture - your roles, your habits and the pace you’re living at.
Balancing work, life and wellbeing
With specialist NHS experience in vocational rehabilitation, I’ve helped many people return to or stay in work after periods of stress, illness or burnout. My coaching helps you find a rhythm between work and life that supports, not drains your energy and wellbeing.
I’ve been there too…
I know first hand what it’s like to feel exhausted, overwhelmed and stretched too thin. Through small, sustainable lifestyle changes, I reclaimed my own clarity, calm and energy - and I bring that lived experience to every session. I’ll meet you with compassion, understanding and practical tools to help you rebalance.
